Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging services provided by Webbi ("Company," "we," "us"), you ("Client," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Webbi designs, builds, and operates custom software applications — including all-in-one operations platforms for janitorial and building-services companies. The specific scope of each engagement (modules, integrations, buildings, seats, timelines, and support) is defined in a written proposal or statement of work agreed with the Client.

3. Pricing & Payment

All pricing is custom to the engagement and quoted in writing. Quotes are arranged through sales@webbi.com. Payment schedules, including any setup fees and recurring platform fees, are set out in the applicable agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension of platform services after written notice.

4. Delivery & Acceptance

Timelines are defined per engagement and communicated before work begins. Prototype and milestone reviews are part of the process; acceptance criteria are set out in the statement of work.

5. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate third-party services, including supplier and vendor catalogs for in-app supplies ordering. Catalog contents, availability, and fulfillment are controlled by the respective vendors and may vary. Webbi is not responsible for vendor stock, pricing, or delivery performance.

6. Intellectual Property

The Client retains full ownership of all branding, content, and business identity provided to Webbi. Rights to the delivered application are set out in the applicable agreement. Webbi retains the right to use anonymized project samples in its materials unless the Client opts out in writing.

7. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in the statement of work. Fees for work completed to date are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

Webbi's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client under the applicable service agreement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

Contact details you submit through our contact form or by email (name, email, phone, message), and standard technical logs generated by serving this website. Client platforms built by Webbi handle operational data (schedules, locations, messages, orders) under the terms of the applicable engagement agreement.

Location Data

GPS and in-building location features in client platforms apply to on-shift personnel and are governed by the deploying company's policies and applicable law. This marketing website itself does not collect location data.

How We Use Information

To respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, provide and improve our services, and communicate about engagements. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.
